Procurement - Associate/Senior Associate Procurement Services and Technology

The successful candidate will be part of Procurement Services and Technology team. He/she will be an integral member of procurement shared services set-up, and will conduct souring events and look after the end-to-end supplier onboarding process.

Responsibilites

• Execute sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for low- to medium-complexity purchases using the enterprise sourcing system.
• Manage supplier invitations and communications, including clarifications and follow-ups during sourcing events.
• Support supplier onboarding, ensuring registration details, tax, and banking information are complete and accurate.
• Validate supplier data quality and resolve basic issues to prevent delays in PO creation and payment.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, and audit requirements across sourcing and onboarding activities.
• Handle high transaction volumes while meeting tight turnaround timelines and service-level expectations.
• Support internal stakeholders and suppliers by providing guidance on system usage and standard processes.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate exceptions appropriately to improve process efficiency and reduce rework.

 
Requirements

• Diploma in business, supply chain, procurement or related field
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Fresh diploma holder with strong learning capabilities and excellent aptitude will be considered

• Organized & analytical
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing
• Process oriented & outcome driven
• Adaptable well to changing business environment
• Familiar with digital tools such as Sharepoint, O365
• Basic SAP/Ariba knowledge
