Business Analyst

·An undergraduate degree in business-related or IT-related fields

· At least 4-8 years of relevant working experience, including business analysis/product management of system used in similar functions, in asset management domain

·Good understanding of user-centric principles and/or service design

· Adept communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders across all levels

·  Experience working in cross-functional groups, representing views of different stakeholders and influencing teams towards achieving shared goal

·Experience in developing test plan and managing testing for project implementation / enhancements

· Experience in developing and maintaining user guide and system documentations

·  Experience in managing project scheduling and timelines for prompt completion of work tasks

·Knowledge and experience in investment systems, including but not limited to Murex,SimCorp Dimension, Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River, etc.

· Understanding of public markets transactions work flow – from front to back office- particularly in the fixed income and foreign exchange market space.

·         Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with good problem-solving skills
