o Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
· Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience in system development.
o Mid-level developer with experience in technical delivery and user training/coaching, including:
· Basic enablement sessions
· Hands-on workshops
· Continuous mentoring
· Technical Skills (Mandatory):
o Experience in Power Automate and/or UiPath
· Additional Skills (Advantageous):
o Microsoft Copilot
o Tableau – dashboard development, data modelling
o Snowflake
· Core Competencies:
o Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
o Ability to understand user perspectives, guide effectively, and support team members
o Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
