· Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Programming & Systems Analysis/ Science (Computer Studies) faculties.
· Must have at least 2 - 5 years of Run Quality experience
· Must have ITIL Advanced Level Certification
· Must have below technical experience:
o Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
o Microsoft PowerPoint
o PowerBI/ Tableau
o MicrosoftExcel (Macro)
o JIRA(Ticketing tool)
o Confluence
