· Minimum 3 years of relevant project management working experience in the implementation of ICT systems or infrastructure.
· At least 3 years of prior experience in civil service-related work is preferred
· Proven experience in risk management, change management, and system management.
· Strong interest in technologies and innovation, particularly in cybersecurity.
