Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Proactively prospect for new clients, make sales calls, and negotiate contracts. Open new accounts by delivering a tangible value proposition to clients, understanding their needs, opportunities, and challenges.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

Strategic Account Planning: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and how they align with client needs. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance client success and revenue growth.

Geographic Account Mapping: Skillfully map accounts geographically to optimize market penetration and uncover growth opportunities. Use geographic insights for strategic planning and tailored client solutions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with colleagues, HR and Finance teams to ensure a coordinated approach to account management.

Sales Administration: Handle administrative tasks associated with the role, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and tracking sales activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and recruitment experience, with a strong track record in client management and account management
  • CEI certified.
  • 360 recruitment experience.
  • Proven sales experience and expertise in IT Industry
  • Must have recent hands-on experience in staff augmentation and experience in managing banking clients.
  • Deep understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Curiosity, accountability, and understanding of the fast-changing technology landscape are the key
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to map accounts geographically and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to excellence.
