Requirements:
- Experience: 12+ years in project management for technology projects.
- Education & Certifications: BE, CSM, ITIL Foundation.
- Key Experience: Led the development of a national-level grant management system for a Singapore statutory board, delivering on time and within budget. Managed a $15M project portfolio across three locations.
- Government & FS Experience: 5+ years in government digitalisation; 6+ years in financial services technology.
- Key Responsibilities: Overall programme management; stakeholder management; risk and issue management; steering committee reporting; vendor management (PitchBook, Tracxn).
