Resident Engineer (Storage)

We are seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer with 1–2 years of experience and basic exposure to Dell Infrastructure technologies. The role involves supporting server and storage environments, assisting with infrastructure deployments, and contributing to small-scale project activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for IT infrastructure, including Dell servers and storage systems.

• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Dell PowerEdge servers.

• Support management and monitoring of Dell Storage solutions.

• Troubleshoot basic hardware and infrastructure-related issues.

• Assist in infrastructure implementation and migration projects.

• Support project coordination activities such as tracking tasks, documentation, and status updates.

• Maintain technical documentation and follow IT operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering.

• Basic knowledge or exposure to Dell Storage technologies.

• Familiarity with Dell PowerEdge servers.

• Understanding of server and storage infrastructure fundamentals.

• Basic project management or project coordination exposure.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure environments.

• Willingness to learn and grow in infrastructure technologies.
