Scrum Master - Cash Reporting

• scrum Master who is experienced in using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions

• can facilitate productive Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives

• has ability to investigate, challenge and proactively suggest improvements to the ways of working

• is technical savvy - ability to facilitate meetings between technical teams to arrive at solutions for technical problems

Your team :

You'll be working in the Cash Reporting team in Singapore, working closely with teams in APAC and Switzerland in the API Banking and Client Reporting Domain.

Your expertise :

• a Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business

• 2 years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role with banking domain experience

• experience in managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items

• ability to act as the process owner for the team, encouraging the team to build relationships to promote internal and external communication, improving transparency, and sharing information with all interested parties

• must be technical savvy - ability to facilitate meetings between technical teams to arrive at solutions for technical problems

• ability to Ensure proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
