About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Software Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules and be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting our higher education ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft Campus Solutions components including Student Records, Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Financials, and Academic Advising.
• Provide maintenance and support on the Student Administration System (PeopleSoft Campus Solution);
• Participate/Lead in end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities for change requests and new projects;
• Creation and maintenance of documentations
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, technical procedures, and workflow diagrams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers on PeopleSoft development practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of developing, user support, maintenance and SDLC experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solution platform;
• Proficient in MSSQL database, PeopleTools, SQR, SQL, HTML and Application Engine Experience with Integration Broker, Web Services, and other PeopleSoft integration technologies.
• Solid understanding of higher education business processes and administrative workflows.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and database design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred:

• PeopleSoft certification (e.g., PeopleSoft 9.x) in Campus Solutions modules.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment options for PeopleSoft (Oracle Cloud, PaaS).
