Position Overview
 

Autodesk is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Senior Director, Technology Vendor Management. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Director and their leadership team, while also assisting with Singapore site coordination initiatives for the CIO organization.
 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, is comfortable engaging with executives up to C-level, and partners effectively with Executive Assistants across the organization. We are looking for someone who thoughtfully leverages modern productivity and AI-enabled tools to enhance meeting effectiveness and operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Manage a complex, global calendar across multiple time zones

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including executive-level engagements

  • Support the Senior Director’s leadership team with coordination and operational needs

  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture high-quality meeting notes, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely execution

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance agenda creation, meeting summaries, action tracking, and communication drafting

  • Plan and execute leadership meetings, strategy sessions, offsites, and engagement events

  • Manage executive email triage, draft communications, and prioritize follow-ups

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and other Executive Assistants to align priorities

  • Support Singapore site activities, leadership visits, and team events

  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion
     

Qualifications
 

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Director or Senior Director-level leaders

  • Experience supporting leadership teams in addition to individual executives

  • Strong calendaring, organization, and follow-through skills

  • Proven ability to capture key discussion points and drive accountability through action tracking

  • Experience interacting with senior leaders and C-level executives

  • Demonstrated comfort using digital productivity and AI tools to improve effectiveness

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality
