Jobs Description

· Responsible to partial AR and AP functions.

· Reconcile daily cash deposits from outlets against bank statements.

· Collection of outlet documents from external despatch & check for missing documents.

· Assist to tag new fixed assets when required.

· Processing of store petty cash claims.

· Processing of AP trade invoices & payments.

Requirement

· O'Levels, LCCI, & Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

· Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)

· Willing to learn and adapt faster

· Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

· Able to work independently

· Able to start work immediately
