Senior Manager Demand planning/Global Large Order Plannin

We use our in-depth knowledge and experience to develop strategic relationships with external suppliers as well as with key stakeholders. Our role also includes leading contract negotiations, managing risk, driving cost-saving initiatives and implementing strategic sourcing best practices
What you’ll achieve
Manage EMEA and APJC large order team to deliver 75% of large orders visible of 8 weeks or greater.

You will:
Lead and inspire team of up to 20 global resources
Manage sales deal hygiene performance
Communicate large order supportability to sales
Communicate performance metrics to key senior leaders
Work with partner Rev Ops team on deal management & phasing
Work with Sales teams on continual improvement of deal visibility
Essential Requirements:
Undergraduate business or supply chain degree
10+ years business or supply chain experience
Sales minded approach while representing the needs of supply chain
Ability to work cross functionally with sales, rev ops, finance, planning, and procurement
Assertive and direct communicator with stakeholders
Engage and inspire team to do their best work
