Our role also includes leading contract negotiations, managing risk, driving cost-saving initiatives and implementing strategic sourcing best practices

What you’ll achieve

Manage EMEA and APJC large order team to deliver 75% of large orders visible of 8 weeks or greater.

You will:

• Lead and inspire team of up to 20 global resources

• Manage sales deal hygiene performance

• Communicate large order supportability to sales

• Communicate performance metrics to key senior leaders

• Work with partner Rev Ops team on deal management & phasing

• Work with Sales teams on continual improvement of deal visibility

Essential Requirements:

• Undergraduate business or supply chain degree

• 10+ years business or supply chain experience

• Sales minded approach while representing the needs of supply chain

• Ability to work cross functionally with sales, rev ops, finance, planning, and procurement

• Assertive and direct communicator with stakeholders

• Engage and inspire team to do their best work
