About the division:
Group Audit (GA) is the bank's 'Third Line of Defense' acting as an independent and forward-looking challenger and adviser to Senior Management. We are also strongly relied upon by local regulators. We closely partner and collaborate with all Group business and infrastructure areas. This includes the Investment Bank, Corporate Bank and International Private Bank businesses, and Technology, Anti-Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Operations infrastructure functions.
About the role:
The division is keen to push ahead with their transformation initiatives tapping onto AI as the key facilitator in order to increase efficiency and productivity and this role will work very closely with the Business Manager in Group Audit to deliver that.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building reliable data extraction/ transformation skills
- Delivering first automation to reduce manual workload in testing or analytics
- Enhancing Dashboards, and apply use cases of AI in Audit, Ensure AI analytics are reliable, explainable, and repeatable
- Understanding controls around data, models, and outputs used in audit
- Hardening the solution(s): reliability, versioning, deployment path & demonstrating measurable outcome
- Transferring knowledge to the wider audit team and handing over sustainably
Key skills required:
- Technically savvy and require strong Excel skills
- Understanding of audit life cycle and three lines of defence model
- Good Communication skills including structured documentation
- Analytical thinking and able to think out of the box
- Strong growth mindset and follow through reliability
- Fresh graduates who have graduated in 2024/2025/2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024/2025/2026.
