Details of the Division and Team:    

We are seeking a high‑energy sales professional to drive the growth of Deutsche Bank’s Agency Securities Lending (ASL) and Liquidity Solutions franchise in APAC. This is a front‑office, client‑facing role for someone who wants to shape one of the fastest‑growing businesses in the bank and work directly with global market‑leading teams.

In this role, you will originate and execute new business across a wide spectrum of institutional clients — pension funds, asset managers, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, fintechs, and corporates. You will cover the full suite of solutions across the securities finance spectrum, including:

  • Agency Lending

  • Cash Investment Services, including our Agency Reverse Repo and MMF portal

  • Principal Solutions

You will play a key part in delivering integrated financing solutions that help clients optimize liquidity, collateral, and portfolio returns.

Working alongside the Head of APAC ASL Sales and Global Sales Lead, you will shape and convert pipeline oppor-tunities and contribute meaningfully to ambitious revenue and growth targets. This includes building strong relation-ships, identifying new client prospects, and deepening existing mandates through cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.

Success in this role requires developing a strong command of client needs, regulatory landscapes, collateral trends, and Deutsche Bank’s broader trading and financing capabilities. You will collaborate closely with internal partners across trading, product, operations, risk, and legal to deliver seamless execution and an exceptional client experi-ence.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact prospective clients to build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business

  • Manage and cultivate existing client relationships, focused on upselling and commercial improvements

  • Develop, maintain, and execute Liquidity & Securities Lending pipeline

  • Build working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations to ensure effective end to end client/product delivery.

  • Manage onboarding of all new clients, interfacing with legal, operations, trading, and other required areas

  • Attend industry conferences and remain up to date on changing industry practices through participation in industry groups

  • Design and deliver client presentations and marketing material

  • Respond to RFPs for new business and work with product to enhance responses

  • You will be conversant in relevant legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements and operate accordingly

Your skills and experience:

  • 5 - 8 years' of securities lending experience

  • 3 - 5 years' of previous institutional or corporate sales experience

  • 5 years’ experience minimum in corporate banking industry

  • Must have a keen eye for detail with a consistent focus on quality control and excellent verbal and written English and ability to tailor communication to various audiences.

  • Entrepreneurial track-record demonstrating the ability to flourish and be proactive driving initiatives with minimal guidance

  • High energy, strong work ethic, well organized, with disciplined execution skills, comfortable with ambiguity
