This role leads the APAC delivery and distribution network, ensuring products flow smoothly, efficiently, and safely from warehouses to markets. The role bridges global strategy and local execution, owns warehouse and distribution capacity planning, ensures high‑quality network data governance, and leads regional change initiatives across APAC countries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the APAC delivery network, including warehouses, distribution centers, and product movement between markets.

  • Own the regional network roadmap, managing initiatives and projects in alignment with global and regional strategies.

  • Partner with global, regional, and market leaders to turn strategy into practical execution across APAC countries.

  • Ensure accurate, standardized, and well‑governed network and warehouse data, maintaining the Curve system as the source of truth.

  • Be accountable for warehouse and distribution capacity planning, identifying risks early and developing mitigation plans.

  • Work closely with analytics, digital, and technology teams to improve shipment efficiency and product flow using data insights.

  • Lead change management for network design updates, go‑to‑market changes, and new ways of working in the region.

  • Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and what we value across internal teams and external partners.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain roles with regional or multi‑country scope.

  • Strong experience managing warehouse and distribution networks, preferably across multiple APAC markets.

  • Proven ability to lead large regional initiatives or programs, including implementing global strategies locally.

  • Experience with data governance and systems, with the ability to maintain accuracy and drive process subject area.

  • Strong partner management skills, with experience working across global teams, local markets, and external partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues early and drive improvements in service, efficiency, and cost.

  • Solid understanding of change management, including communication, training, and adoption across diverse teams.

  • Leadership mentality with strong communication skills, high ownership, and commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical behavior.
