Job Description
- Support HR initiatives in alignment with overall business strategy, working closely with HR team members and stakeholders across business units
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management
- Execute full-cycle recruitment and selection, including job posting, sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning and workforce needs
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Administer and coordinate performance appraisal cycles (mid-year and year-end reviews), ensuring timely completion and consistency
- Identify training and development needs based on appraisal outcomes and business requirements
- Support the design and implementation of learning frameworks and career development pathways
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance employee experience and organisational culture
- Identify and manage end-to-end grant execution and compliance, including documentation, claims submission, tracking of utilisation, and ensuring adherence to funding requirements and audit standards.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, with strong hands-on exposure in recruitment, performance management, talent management, and training & development
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of accountability, proactiveness, and commitment to excellence
