Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Receptionist cum Admin Assistant role in MOE Primary school. If you are selected,
You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Pioneer ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
1.Managing the General Office counter
Attending to walk-in visitors and phone calls
Handling enquiries from students, parents, and stakeholders
2. Providing basic first aid for pupils with minor injuries (i.e., small cut, bruises etc.)
3. Managing incoming and outgoing mail
4.Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of:
General Office
Reception area
Storerooms and workspaces
Sickbay
5. Managing office supplies and stationery distribution
6. Performing administrative duties such as:
Filing, sorting, photocopying, and shredding documents
7. Supporting logistics and operations, including:
Packing and distributing materials
Coordinating deliveries and collections
8. Tracking and replenishing first-aid supplies (General Office and Special Rooms)
9. Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned
A personnel shall:
Support and cover one another when required
Be rotated across duties when necessary
Be capable of performing both front desk and backend administrative roles.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
Completed secondary school education
Those who did not complete secondary school education, but with relevant working experience may also be considered
Skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
Takes initiative and is able to work under minimal supervision
Good team player
Good organisation skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience
Personnel should preferably have at least 3 years of experience performing duties such as:
Managing front office operations (attending to visitors, answering phone calls, handling enquiries)
Providing administrative support (filing, sorting, photocopying, record-keeping, document handling)
Supporting school operational and logistical tasks (managing supplies, coordinating deliveries, replenishing first-aid items)
Previous experience working in a primary school or educational environment is a plus.

Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027
Working Hours:
Mondays, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Wednesday: 7:00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays
