Research Associate (Biomedical Imaging)

A Research Associate position is available in Prof. Tong Ling’s Lab (https://www.tonglinglab.com) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The successful candidate will work with our collaborative, multidisciplinary team to develop novel functional neuroimaging technology, an unparalleled opportunity to engage in high-impact research and enjoy rapid personal development in a meritocratic culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement optical interferometric imaging approach for functional neuroimaging

• Conduct experiments on cells and/or animals

• Analyze and summarize the experimental data

• Conclude the study in journal publications and patent filing

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Signal Processing, Precision Instrument, Information Technology, or other related majors (including those who have submitted their PhD thesis and are pending degree conferment).

• Demonstrated excellence in any form of optical imaging techniques is required

• Experience in cell or animal experiment is highly desired

• Good at writing and presentation
