IT System Engineer

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to engage in technical support and troubleshoot any hardware and software problems related to server, in-house ERP system and storage devices.

Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring all installed IT systems and infrastructure

• Support all IT related projects such as in-house ERP system maintenance and integration.

• Implement security, back up and redundancy strategies to maintain data safety

• Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention.

• Software Development Fundamentals & Process

• Analyzing information, General programming skills, Software debugging, documentation & testing.

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or Computer Science related discipline

• Capable of multi-tasking, Network skills, Server management & Desktop support skills

• Working knowledge of C#/ WPF / .NET / MSSQL

• Strong problem solving/ troubleshooting skills.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
