WSH Coordinator (Tunnel)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
• Implements, monitor and maintain appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
• Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
• Conducts regular site checks and takes appropriate corrective actions
• Conduct safety awareness training/programmers/initiatives
• Compiles all relevant reports and records and carry out daily safety inspection
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Possess relevant Certificates (e.g. Advanced Certificate in WSH)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in tunneling from construction industry advantageous
• Familiar with the statutory requirements related to WSH Act and other aspect of safety
• 6 days' work week, 7am-7pm
• Able to work on weekend and public holidays if needs arise.
