About the role - you will:

•    Lead and architect cross-functional SAP solutions within a global manufacturing environment.
•    Drive technical excellence and digital transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and HR domains.
•    Oversee and manage end-to-end SAP implementation programs across multiple business functions.
•    Collaborate with global stakeholders to define business requirements, manage project scope, and ensure on-time delivery.
•    Drive process optimization and digital transformation aligned with enterprise goals.
•    Oversee budget planning, vendor management and resource allocation as and when required
•    Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security, and audit standards.
•    Build and mentor a high-performing SAP functional team.

About you:

• Degree in IT or relevant disciplines. 
• Strong understanding of business processes in high-tech, complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate effectively across global teams.
• A strong IT leader who is systematic, disciplined, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a multicultural, global context.

Your experience includes:

• Hands-on experience in managing SAP implementations across multiple functional areas.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration.
• Deep expertise in SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM, including integration points.
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of global compliance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
