Business Analyst

·   Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

·  Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry, with direct exposure to Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or Retirement Products (CPF, SRS, Mutual Funds, Insurance).

·  Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to CPF Investment Scheme and Supplementary Retirement Scheme (or equivalent regulatory schemes).

·    Expert in requirements elicitation (e.g., interviews, workshops), process modelling (BPMN), and documentation (BRD, FSD, User Stories).

·   Solid stakeholder management and communication skills; adept in conducting workshops and driving consensus.

·    Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
