Business Analyst

·        Must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, IT, or a related field.

·        Must have more than 3 years of experience as a business analyst in IT/software projects, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

·        Must have experience managing stakeholders to minimize scope creep and ensure requirements align with predefined tender specifications and solution platform capabilities.

·        Good to have IIBA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).

·        Good to have an entry-level project management certification.

·        Good to have working experience in Government of Singapore projects.

·        Good to have experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and scripting (Python/R).

·        Good to have proficiency in technical skills like SQL, Excel, BPMN/UML modeling, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

·        Good to have familiarity with NewGen and Java technologies or similar platforms.
