System Analyst

Role: System Analyst
Duration: 12 Months (extendable)

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse business requirements, translating them into solution designs; facilitate user workshops and model transactions to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Perform a hands-on techno-functional role to analyse and propose solutions for business issues, including technical, strategic, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with technology teams, business units, and key stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders to understand priorities, requirements, and opportunities for system enhancements.
• Build strong relationships and effectively manage user and stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the financial industry with strong exposure to core banking, preferably in a System Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Prior experience with Agentic AI and GenAI solutions, including understanding of agent patterns, types, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Solid understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini) into business processes.
• Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as OpenShift, RAG, and Agentic AI workflows to build GenAI capabilities.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable GenAI architectures and solutions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and understand business drivers and proposed solutions.
