Security Engineer (Security Validation & Exposure Management)

About the Role
Join ABPSecurite as a Security Validation & Exposure Management based Security Engineer specializing in breach & attack simulation and continuous threat exposure management (CTEM). You will leverage tools like Pentera, Rapid7, and threat intelligence platforms to help clients validate their security posture and prioritize risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess attack surfaces and vulnerabilities using Rapid7 platforms
• Apply threat intelligence to identify and prioritize real-world risks
• Execute automated breach and attack simulations using Pentera
• Validate security controls and detection coverage across NDR, EDR, and SIEM platforms
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, risk-based recommendations and executive reports
• Serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with customers to improve their security maturity

Requirement

• 3 to 5 years experience in security engineering, incident response, SOC, or infrastructure security
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows/Linux systems, and network security fundamentals
• Experience with vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and security validation tools
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex security concepts clearly
• Self-driven with a consultative mindset and passion for security innovation
