Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Technical Architect / IT Project Manager to join the SAP IBP Center of Excellence. This role will lead solution design, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure seamless integration across the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem. The successful candidate will collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions supporting both project delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP IBP solution architecture and project delivery across global initiatives
- Act as a core member of the SAP IBP Center of Excellence (CoE), driving innovation and best practices
- Design and implement scalable solutions across demand planning, supply planning, and response planning
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP IBP and other systems including SAP S/4HANA, RTI, and CIDS
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Business, IT, Operations) to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and guidance to project teams
- Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Skills Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
- Experience with SAP RTI (Real-Time Integration)
- Experience with SAP CIDS (Cloud Integration Data Services)
- Experience with SAP APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization)
- Knowledge of SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing modules
Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an SAP IBP Technical Architect or similar role
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP RTI and/or SAP CIDS
- 7+ years of experience in SAP APO and SAP P2P (preferred)
- 10+ years of overall experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains
- 5+ years of experience in demand and supply planning using SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing modules
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects in a global environment
Certifications (Preferred)
- SAP Certified Associate – SAP IBP for Supply Chain (latest version)
- SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing
