Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect to lead the architecture, environment governance, and technical delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. This role bridges functional requirements with technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving solution design, guiding technical teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the design of Oracle Cloud HCM technical architecture, including integrations, data migration, reporting, and extensibility
• Ensure solutions adhere to SaaS design principles, maintaining upgrade compatibility and scalability
• Define and govern integration architecture across systems using OIC and other Oracle tools

2. Environment Management & Governance

• Own the environment strategy across all HCM pods (Dev, Test, UAT, Production)
• Manage environment refresh cycles, configuration promotion, and deployment governance
• Oversee and plan for Oracle quarterly patching and update cycles, ensuring minimal disruption and system readiness

3. Performance Coordination & Product Alignment

• Coordinate performance monitoring and tuning activities, working with technical teams to identify issues and drive resolution
• Track follow-up actions to ensure system stability and efficiency
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to align technical priorities with business needs
• Support backlog discussions and translate business requirements into clear technical delivery actions

4. Client Engagement & Advisory

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders
• Lead technical workshops and discussions, translating complex concepts for both IT and business audiences
• Produce high-quality architecture and design documentation
• Provide guidance on best practices, solution optimization, and risk mitigation

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM technical roles
• Proven track record with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with:Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)HCM ExtractsHDL / HSDLOTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)Fast FormulaOracle PaaS tooling
• Solid understanding of integration architecture and Oracle Cloud security model
• Experience working in a professional services / consulting environment
