This is for an Investment Analyst position with primary responsibility of providing analytical, technical and investment support to Investment Advisory (IA) function.

Responsibilities

To provide and support analysis to the investment advisory team for the purposes of analysing tagged accounts for opportunities for respective ideas – this would require creating and working on excel templates and data analysis across books and then liaising with respective advisors to further drive the ideas and help with the placement of these ideas.
To help in providing business management and IC deck updates for regular management meetings based on the above analysis.
To provide portfolio reviews for the team and keep log of portfolio reviews done for the team.
To provide investment support in terms of trade ideas, pricings, and market updates to the IC team and take ownership of sending across these ideas after discussion within the team to front office.
To work on investment proposals for existing clients and prospects.
Accompany IA’s during face-to-face client meetings.
Overtime, to help with order placement with the team with full attention to detail.
Always adhere to Group Core Values (LIFRR) and conduct business with utmost integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

Have exposure to private banking and basic understanding of private banking product and services
Have exposure to excel and be able to work with excel sheet and integrate them with other applications
Added exposure to sales& trading or asset management would be preferable
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Finance/Banking/Engineering
CFA or working towards CFA qualification
