Lead Data Enablement Analyst

Role - it is Data Engineering Strategy and Governance, It focuses on cleaning up "technical debt" (legacy systems) and building a unified, "single source of truth" for a large organization.

Core Responsibilities

Advanced Technical Data Analysis & Lineage Discovery:

• Utilize senior analyst framework to conduct exhaustive deep-dives into multi-entity data lineages, identifying and resolving highly complex definition and logic gaps between disparate business lines.  

Synthesize fragmented legacy logic into standardized core metrics, including intricate financial lifecycles, multi-dimensional loan/credit mapping, and multi-layer-granularity complex behavior funnels. 

Architectural Standardization & Logic Engineering:

• Design and implement a centralized data source to unify disparate definitions and reporting practices across multiple business entities and products.

Guide data engineering team to standardized complex logic , table structures and thousands of critical data points, ensuring a trusted foundation for automated enterprise reporting. 

System Refactoring & Decommissioning Strategy:

• Execute sophisticated analysis to identify redundant legacy data pipelines and deploy comprehensive decommissioning strategies that optimize cloud compute resources without compromising institutional data integrity

  Complex Stakeholder Orchestration & Technical Alignment:

• Navigate and align a complicated ecosystem of high-level stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Product, and Engineering departments to reach technical consensus on disputed logic and parameters. 

  Governance & Security Architecture:

• Establish and enforce stringent technical governance policies, including advanced data masking for sensitive risk attributes and the design of strictly restricted access protocols.
