Due to expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits – Senior Executive to join our team. The Compensation and Benefits – Senior Executive will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, and be comfortable working with confidential information.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and other compensation programs accurately and timely.
  • Work closely with Group HR C&B team to support the design, implementation, and review of salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive schemes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and administer the annual salary and increment exercise in accordance with company policy and approved budget.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness for the Business Unit under the guidance from Group HR C&B team.
  • Provide guidance and support to business leaders on compensation and benefits matters for Business Unit level.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and system reliability.
  • Support HRIS enhancements, upgrades, testing, and system improvements.
  • Support Group HR projects related to rewards, employee engagement, and total rewards strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits roles within the Manufacturing / Construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
