Learning and Development – Senior Executive

Due to expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development – Senior Executive to join our team. The L&D – Senior Executive will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Role & responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of technical training frameworks and competency matrices at Business unit level.
• Coordinate and deliver technical training programmes for operations, engineering, and technical roles.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop training materials, SOP-based learning, and on-the-job training guides.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify technical capability gaps together with Group L&D team.
• Track training completion, competency progress, and effectiveness of technical programmes.
• Support certification, licensing, and compliance-related technical training requirements.
• Liaise with internal trainers and external vendors to ensure training quality and relevance.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support Group L&D team in non-technical training, initiatives, campus recruitment & etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in Learning & Development roles within the Manufacturing / Construction industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
