What a HP Spark Management Associate - New Product Introduction Engineer does at HP:
- Support new product development & introduction by defining comprehensive test plans and executing product reliability validations prior to launch.
- Employ a variety of test equipment and software tools to conduct functional, environmental, and stress testing to ensure conformity to requirements.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to automate repetitive, high-volume tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency using RPA & Machine Leaning.
- Build dashboards using data visualization tools like PowerBI to track KPIs & drive decision making.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve potential issues early in the product lifecycle.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong engineering foundation with an ability to grasp new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Prior experience using RPA, Machine Learning, & PowerBI.
- Data driven with proven analytical thinking & problem-solving capabilities.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, independent & highly motivated.
