Description & Requirements
· Provide administrative support to Production Teams.
· Filing and sorting of documents and CCP/PRP/OPRP records.
· Assist in the daily clerical activities.
· One stop center for all documents to be issued to Production Teams.
· Assist HODs to update QA department on changes relates to raw material (Chemical / Hygiene Products / Ingredient, MSDS), packaging material (MSDS), process and form(s).
· Assist HODs to update Inventory department on changes relates to raw material (Ingredient + MSDS) upon instruction.
· Assist HODs to update and submit Supplier Evaluation form and Vendor Declaration Form to Purchasing In-Charge on new supplier(s) if any to update the Vendor Approval List
· Assist HODs to arrange on the shelf life test with external approval Lab and inter-department personnel and update Food Safety Leader and Assistant(s).
· Correspond and Announce to inter-department on shelf life results and updates in SAP system for individual product and other shelf life related projects
· Provide document information to support inter-department upon request
· Preparing of reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as requested by HODs.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Good in Microsoft Excel.
· Familiarize with ISO procedures, ISO forms and SAP systems
