職位描述

You will be a key member of the Corporate Development team and will workclosely with the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to advance NHCS’scommunications, brand and reputation management, stakeholder engagement, andstrategic partnerships.

In this role, you will lead integrated communications strategies tostrengthen NHCS’s positioning as a leading cardiovascular centre locally andregionally. This includes proactive media engagement, digital and social mediacommunications, and reputation management.

You will partner senior leadership and support the CCO in providingstrategic communications counsel. You will translate organisational prioritiesand complex issues into clear, consistent, and effective narratives for bothinternal and external stakeholders.

You will oversee internal communications efforts to strengthen staffengagement and alignment across NHCS. You will also coordinate and managestrategic collaborations, including hosting delegations, managing corporate andphilanthropic partnerships, where relevant.

As part of the role, you will provide leadership and mentorship to teammembers, encourage new ideas, and drive continuous improvement incommunications and partnerships work.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in corporatecommunications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement, preferably withinhealthcare organisations.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role,with proven experience managing communications teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder managementskills, with hands-on experience in media relations, leadership communications,and issues management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisationalskills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
