- 4-6 years of experience in Change Management / IT Service Management.
- Experience in end-to-end change lifecycle management in a structured environment.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in risk assessment, governance, and audit compliance within change processes.
- Exposure to CI/CD environments and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
