Sanitary Ware Technician

Responsibilities:

• Installation, servicing, and on-site repair of bathroom products.
• Conducting on-site technical training for contractors/plumbers on product installation.
• Timely testing and commissioning of installed bathroom products for project handovers.
• Documentation of service work and project status for tracking purposes.
• Reporting of defective products to HQ.
• Supporting after-sales service and attending to client service requests, including urgent cases outside normal working hours (evenings/weekends).

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 1 year experience in related industry or trade (plumbing, sanitary fixtures).
• Valid driving license.
• Able to communicate in bilingual.
• Logical thinking with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and grow within the role.
• Strong team player, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Willing to be on standby for urgent service requests outside of normal working hours.
