Safety Operations Assistant (CCTV & Incident Reporting)

Role Summary

Site operations assistant role supporting Safety operations by reviewing CCTV footage for safety observations, maintaining logs, preparing simple reports, and coordinating follow-ups with technical support when cameras have issues.

Responsibilities

·       Review CCTV footage and record safety observations / unsafe acts in the logbook (template provided).

·       Prepare daily/weekly safety observation summaries and simple incident/observation reports

·       Extract footage snapshots / timestamps from the system for reporting and follow-up.

·       Report camera faults and coordinate with technical support/vendors for troubleshooting and repairs

·       Support internal enquiries and escalate when required (e.g., recurring unsafe trends)

·       Maintain proper filing of records and comply with site safe work procedures.

·       Any other operational and admin duties as assigned

Requirements

·       Role supports Safety operations by reviewing CCTV footage and documenting safety observations—candidate should have basic safety awareness and preferably construction safety experience to spot common infringements during

·       Comfortable with basic computer work (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, email).

·       Able to focus and be attentive when reviewing screens/footage.

·       Goodhousekeeping with records and timestamps.

·       Experience with CCTV systems will be advantageous
