Production Supervisor

About the role – you will:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, safety standards and quality standards are met.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet production targets.
• Maintain lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
• Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Specialist fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team to enhance their skills, performance and high level of discipline.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

• Willing to perform permanent night shift. Shift allowance payable.

Your experience includes:

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Proven experience of a supervisory role in manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft office.
• Experience working in cleanroom environment.
• Supervisory skills.
