Senior Executive/Executive, Programme (Active Ageing Centre@Race Course)

Programme Development & Implementation
Plan, organise and deliver community-based programmes for seniors.
Design innovative and engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of seniors.
Develop strategies to increase community involvement and support for centre initiatives.

Partnerships & Collaboration
Establish and strengthen links with agencies to ensure programmes align with the centre’s mission. 
Actively seek collaboration opportunities to enhance programme effectiveness and reach. 
Serve as liaison between the centre and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services.

Client Support & Case Coordination
Facilitate and support multi-agency meetings to address complex client needs.Coordinate joint home visits with partner agencies when required.
Participate in process development to improve client flow and service delivery.

Data & Reporting   
Collate and submit timely reports and information as required by stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Contribute to evaluation and review processes to strengthen programme outcomes.

Requirements:
Minimum Degree in related discipline or its equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacityGood communication & interpersonal skills Genuine interest and passion for working with seniors.
Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector, would be an advantage.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive.
