Responsibilities
About the Team
TikTok's Content Ecosystem team is responsible for the health and prosperity of content users and creators to improve DAU in the long term. Our team deeply dives into the following fields: tracking the whole content ecosystem and finding potential challenges and opportunities; cooperating closely with the RD team on model recognition, content understanding, and algorithms, targeting to balance the traffic in different formats, optimize traffic distribution, content diversifications, creator experience of moderation, user experience of interactions, and more problems.
Responsibilities
1. Own TikTok content ecosystem operations, with strong content understanding; proactively identify issues, formulate strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to build a closed-loop system covering issue discovery, feature collection, strategy design, and effectiveness evaluation.
2. Leverage internal/external feedback, quantitative data analysis, and qualitative insights to identify key ecosystem issues; design long-term monitoring systems suitable for global business scenarios to improve efficiency and quality of issue diagnosis.
3. Lead and drive the effective implementation of LLM/Agent solutions within business workflows; continuously optimize model performance across multilingual, multi-format, and diverse problem scenarios.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, policy, algorithm, moderation, and engineering; establish efficient collaboration mechanisms, stay ahead of potential risks and business changes, and coordinate upstream/downstream teams to enhance overall risk detection and resolution capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 1+ year of experience in the internet platform industry, including but not limited to content ecosystem strategy, strategy operations, risk governance, or content operations with proven content understanding.
2. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, risk detection framework building, and closed-loop strategy iteration; capable of designing monitoring systems and translating business issues into actionable strategies.
3. Proven experience building or operating risk detection systems for traffic cheating, clickbait, low-quality/unoriginal content, or organized harmful groups.
4. Professional English proficiency in verbal communication and written documentation to support global business collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
1. 0-to-1 experience in building risk detection capabilities for traffic hacking, clickbait, low-quality/unoriginal content, or organized fraudulent groups.
2. Practical knowledge of LLM/Agent technologies; hands-on experience applying, deploying, and optimizing large model solutions in multilingual content scenarios.
3. Experience in ETL pipeline, BI dashboard development, or risk model integration (e.g., XGBoost, tree-based models); solid statistical and data mining capabilities.
4. Track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving system/productization for content governance or risk control closed-loop systems.
