AV & Workplace Technology Project Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale, complex projects,with a significant focus on commercial real estate/workplace projects and/or AV/IT deployments.

• Proven track record in delivering projects involving:

o Raceway and cable management systems

o Raised floor and hub room design

o Power sizing and electrical coordination

o Network and Wi-Fi infrastructure

o AV systems integration (Crestron, Shure, Biamp, Jabra and ennheiser)

o Collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms)

o LED display solutions

o Access control and security systems

• In-depth knowledge of current and emerging AV technologies (e.g., video conferencing platforms like Zoom/Teams, control systems like Crestron/Extron).

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively manage diverse stakeholder groups.

• Proficiency in budget management and project scheduling tools.
