Digital Business Analyst

· Bachelor's degree in Business, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.

· 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated experience workingon enterprise-scale, technology-driven systems.

· Strong experience as a technical business analyst working closely with engineering and cloud teams.

· Solid understanding of cloud technologies and cloud hosting concepts (e.g.SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, APIs, integrations, environments, security and non-functional requirements).

· Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams, with strong familiarity with agile ceremonies and artifacts.

· Experience performing gap analysis, impact assessment, and dependency analysis, especially in complex or multi-system environments.

· Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms and Whole-of-Government platforms (e.g.Singpass/Corppass/Myinfo, Govt commercial cloud) is an advantage.

· Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

· Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other agile delivery and documentation platforms.

·   Ability to learn new domains and technologies quickly and to operate effectively in complex, evolving environments.
