· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, computer science, or related field
· 6+ years and above of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level projects
· Strong proficiency in business process modelling, requirements engineering
· Experience in configuration of low-code/no-code products. Familiarity with whole-of-Government tools like GatherSG, ApplySG, FormSG and Opus will beadvantageous.
· Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
· Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities
· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence.
· Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail, able to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions from diverse data sources.
