Senior Support Analyst

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

·  Must have minimum of 6+ years of experience in supporting or developing application

·  Technical background:

o   Working knowledge of application servers. Understand concepts of IT Production environment and deployment process/piplines.

o   Working knowledge of databases scripting

o   Working knowledge of scripting /programming languages

·  Working experience in Corporate IT, IT Security or other transverse domains

·   Certification in ITIL

·  Good communication and presentation skills

·  Possesses strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills
