Must have minimum 5-8 years of experience in UAT
Creates and updates Test strategy, Test Scripts, Test Cases and Test Plans.
Liaise with project managers, business users, IT teams, and vendors to gather UAT requirements and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Identifies issues during test executions and articulate it to the QA Team Lead.
Manages follow through on defect resolution.
Produce daily test progress updates, escalate issues, and drive resolution of blockers to avoid delay in UAT cycles
Prepares UAT execution daily reports and submits to QA Team Lead
Participates on BRD & FSD walkthroughs.
Ensure timeliness of all testing activities
Log defects and conducts retest.
Produce clear and concise documentation such as test summaries, user guides, and standard operating procedures
Conduct training and walkthrough sessions for Operation users to ensure smooth adoption and understanding of new processes or system changes.
Conducts testing in UAT and/or if needed in Production
