Power Platform Developer

Skilled Power Apps Developer with a strong focus and relevant project experience in creating custom applications (Canvas / Model-Driven) that deliver user-friendly and intuitive experiences, especially through Power Apps Component Framework to provide custom user experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to deliver customized business solutions.
• Automate business workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and integrate Power BI reports and dashboards within applications.
• Design and implement complex business logic using Power Fx and integrate with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality, performant applications.
• Ensure appropriate security measures, roles, and permissions are applied to applications and workflows.
• Provide guidance on best practices, updates, and features of the Power Platform.
• PL 400 certified.

Power Apps:

• Expertise in implementing Canvas Apps / Model-Driven Apps to create user-friendly and customisable interfaces applications.
• Experience with Power Apps Component Framework to create custom controls is a big plus.
• Dataverse: Experience in utilising Microsoft Dataverse for secure data storage, management and establishing relationships between entities.
• Familiarity with role-based security in Dataverse is essential
• Power Automate:
• Background in automating workflows such as approvals and notifications.

Familiarity with creating custom connectors is beneficial.

SharePoint: Familiarity with using SharePoint as part of a Power Apps solution for file storage purposes.
