Your role :
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you have a high client service orientation and high risk awareness?
• you would be part of the IB KYC Reviews Outreach and Escalation Team – Supporting the APAC Investment Banking Business.
• you would be joining a dynamic and challenging environment in view of ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of IB KYC Reviews cases to satisfy the various KYC requirements
• you would be Identified as one of the members within the team whom would be handling Periodic Review Cases on a day-to-day basis and developed to become an SME in KYC.
• stakeholder Management – You would be the point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing and resolving escalation events arising from Daily BAU.
• you would be handling location based Governance reporting within the APAC region.
Your team :
You will be joined by a function of approximately 3 members working closely with KYC reviews teams based in India/China, IB sales, COOs and Business Managers.
Your expertise :
• 2-5 years of experience In relevant KYC/Client facing roles [preferred not compulsory].
• a skilled written and verbal communicator.
• strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with stakeholders during calls/meetings.
• strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
• creative thinker who challenges conventional approaches bringing fresh perspectives.
• proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
