Content Strategist (Tech/AI)

Responsibilities:

• Processing and analysing technical content submissions from participating financial institutions and AI solution providers
• Validating AI/tech-related case studies, implementation experiences, and use case documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Building and refining matching algorithms to connect financial institutions with relevant solution providers and knowledge resources
• Developing rating systems to assess content quality, solution provider effectiveness, and implementation success metrics
• Supporting content curation workflows and maintaining knowledge hub quality standards
• Facilitating collaborative review processes and providing feedback to content contributors

Requirements

• 3–5 years in content, research, or tech-related roles
• Experience in tech, AI, consulting, or FinTech is a plus
• Review and analyze technical content (AI, FinTech, case studies)
• Help match companies with the right AI solutions or providers
• Create simple rating systems (to score quality and effectiveness)
• Organize and maintain a knowledge hub

Skills needed:

• Strong writing and content review skills
• Basic understanding of AI / tech / FinTech
• Analytical thinking (to evaluate and score content)
