職務内容

Job Description:

  • Process the payroll for employees and seek approval for payment
  • Verify the validity and timely submission of employees claims
  • Process final salary and submit for income tax clearance like IR21 and all other related tax forms and filings for foreign employees.
  • Verify employees’ data accuracy, overtime hours, attendance and leave applications and liaise with HR department on any changes in such personal data
  • Prepare and process payment for new hired joined after 20th of the month to giro on 7th of the following month.
  • Prepare and compute payment for WICA to process in month end payroll.
  • Generate e-payslip for month end and special period.
  • Arrange for bank payment when required.
  • Manage payroll cashbook and posting to General Ledger.
  • Download bank file.
  • Prepare Annual Leave accrual & Bonus accrual Reports for Finance Department.
  • Prepare payroll related report for Finance Department for month end closing.
  • Budget Preparation for worker and ensure payroll budget is prepared accurately.
  • Generate Foreign Worker Levy report to match with the monthly levy bill and inform HR to update the latest levy tier and rate in payroll system.
  • Prepare and generate requested supporting document like CPF statement, employee’s payslip etc for Government’s grant application when required.
  • Generate Company annual income report to Admin’s Manager for annual insurance renewal.
  • Prepare Headcount report for headcount verification by HOD.
  • Prepare employee listing for Production admin for month end Project Costing report.
  • Co-ordinate with HR Department to ensure all personal and payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in HR/Payroll Administration
  • Knowledge of Time software Payroll/HRIS.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Prior Experience in HRIS implementation will be an advantage
